IBeX is configured via the IBeX Call Manager (ICM). The ICM is a web based interface that manages the configuration of the appliance hardware and operating system, as well as the IBeX software suite. It provides a well known and easy to use interface which is the unofficial standard for Linux administration. Our user interface was designed to be simple, because you shouldn’t have to hire a computer geek to run your phone system!
In addition to the ICM, the IBeX system can be configured and managed from a terminal session. The ssh protocol provides a secure management interface for system administrators who are more comfortable with command line administration.
